Two Charleston area real estate firms have joined forces to create a division focused on existing, value-add industrial real estate as well as new development opportunities.
Ziff Real Estate Partners and Norvell Real Estate Group, LLC announce they have formed ZRP Industrial. ZRP Industrial acts solely as a principal investor.
Drayton Calmes and Frank Norvell, partners at Norvell Group, will lead a focused acquisition effort as principals of ZRP Industrial. The newly formed division will be supported by long-time members of the ZRP acquisitions team.
Ziff Real Estate Partners has completed nearly $1 billion in transaction volume over its 30-plus years, with investments in flex, industrial, self-storage and neighborhood retail properties.
