Frank is founding principal and Broker in Charge of Norvell Real Estate Group.  He has over 30 years’ industry experience and has successfully negotiated millions of square feet of sale and lease transactions, primarily industrial and office.

 

Frank's early career included working as Director of Leasing and Broker-in-Charge for Dallas based Paragon Group's North and South Carolina multi-million square foot Class A industrial and office portfolio.  At Beach Commercial, Frank oversaw acquisitions, development and dispositions for family office and various institutional capital partners.  He was multiple year Top Producer and oversaw lease-up of Class A office, mixed use and retail development projects, including 200 Meeting Street, Majestic Square | 211 King Street (Charleston), Walmart, Harris Teeter, Publix, Piggly Wiggly and Food Lion anchored retail centers throughout Georgia and the Carolinas.  

 

Frank has successfully overseen numerous development and re-leasing projects for regional and institutional clients, and has brokered investment sales throughout the Southeast and Texas.

 

Frank founded Norvell Real Estate Group in 1998, and has held the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors designation since 1997.
